Data center built (and run) by AI, Google and MSFT expand in Europe, and new ways to fund AI
A flow to 10x your content output, AI running a South Korean data center & more!
AI HUSTLE | November 7 2025
This is a classic "hustle" problem: You spend 10 hours creating one amazing blog post, podcast, or YouTube video, and then it just... sits there. The goal is to get the maximum leverage from that single piece of work.
Our workflow shows you how to get the most out of the BIG projects you invest in, so you can multiply your useful pieces of content exponentially.
Find your customers on Roku this Black Friday

Worried it’s too late to spin up new Black Friday creative? With Roku Ads Manager, you can easily import and augment existing creative assets from your social channels. We also have AI-assisted upscaling, so every ad is primed for CTV.
Once you’ve done this, then you can easily set up A/B tests to flight different creative variants and Black Friday offers. If you’re a Shopify brand, you can even run shoppable ads directly on-screen so viewers can purchase with just a click of their Roku remote.
Bonus: we’re gifting you $5K in ad credits when you spend your first $5K on Roku Ads Manager. Just sign up and use code GET5K. Terms apply.
The Hustle: The AI Content Repurposing Engine
The Goal: To take one single "pillar" piece of content (like a blog post, podcast, or video) and use AI to automatically "explode" it into a dozen or more high-quality, platform-specific "micro-assets" for social media.
The Tools:
Source Material: A URL to a blog post, a transcript from a podcast (you can get this from AI tools like Whisper or a service), or a YouTube video transcript.
AI Model: A model with a large context window, like Claude 3 Opus or OpenAI's GPT-4o, that can "read" your entire piece of content at once.
Output: A Google Doc or Notion page, pre-filled with a week's worth of ready-to-post content.
Here’s the high-level workflow to build your Repurposing Engine:
Step 1: The 'Single Source of Truth' (The Input) Feed your AI the entire text of your pillar content. This could be 5,000-word blog post or a 30-minute podcast transcript. Don't summarize it yet; give it the full, raw material.
Step 2: The AI 'Keynote Speaker' Prompt (Extracting the Gold) First, you need the AI to find the "gold." You're not asking for social posts yet, you're asking for the core, high-value ideas.
The Prompt: `"You are an expert editor. I have provided a [transcript/article] below. Your task is to analyze the entire text and extract the '10 Key Ideas.' For each idea, provide: 1. The Core Concept (a 1-sentence summary of the main point). 2. The 'Money' Quote (the single most powerful, quotable, or counter-intuitive sentence from the text that supports this concept)."*
Step 3: The AI 'Social Media Team' Prompt (The One-to-Many) Now you take the 10 Key Ideas from Step 2 and use them as the input for your next prompt. This is where you create the platform-specific assets.
The Prompt:
"You are an expert social media strategist with a team of copywriters. Below is a list of '10 Key Ideas' from a piece of content. For *each* of the 10 ideas, generate the following 'content package': 1. **A LinkedIn Post:** A 3-4 sentence professional post with a strong hook, a clear takeaway, and a concluding question. 2. **A Twitter/X Thread:** A 3-tweet thread that builds on the idea, with the hook in the first tweet. 3. **An Email Snippet:** A short, 50-word paragraph that can be used in a 'Top 5 Takeaways' newsletter."
Step 4: The 'Content Calendar' (The Output) The AI will return a neatly structured document. You now have 10 "Key Ideas" multiplied by 3 "Assets"—that's 30 pieces of content (plus the original 10 quotes) ready to be scheduled. You've turned one piece of content into a full two-week content calendar.
Why This Hustle Works:
Solves "Writer's Block": You're no longer staring at a blank screen trying to think of a tweet. You have a menu of pre-built, high-value ideas to post.
Maximizes Your ROI: It ensures that the 10+ hours you spent on your pillar content gets seen by the widest possible audience by hitting every platform.
Brand Consistency: Because every micro-post is derived from your own core content, your brand voice and key messages are perfectly consistent across all channels.
High-Leverage: This is the definition of "work smart, not hard." It's a system for turning one hour of effort (prompting and scheduling) into weeks of high-impact marketing.

🚀 The AI Pulse: 3 Signals to Watch This Week
AI Is Now Building (and Running) Its Own House. A new $35 billion, 3-gigawatt data center in South Korea, "Project Concord," is set to be the first large-scale facility designed, built, and operated entirely by AI. A Stanford-backed AI firm will provide the system, with humans acting only as supervisors. The AI will manage everything from construction to the efficient use of power, water, and computing workloads.
The Hustle Take: This is the ultimate "dogfooding" case study. We're moving past using AI to write code and into using it to manage its own physical infrastructure. The key phrase here is "humans as supervisors." If AI can be trusted to run a $35 billion, 3-gigawatt facility—one of the most complex systems on earth—it's the ultimate proof-of-concept for the "lights-out" autonomous operations of any complex physical system, from a factory floor to a global supply chain. This is the end-game of operational efficiency.
Wall Street Is Inventing "Frankenstein" Deals to Fund the AI War. The AI arms race is so astronomically expensive that tech giants are turning to Wall Street to invent new, "creative" ways to pay for it. To avoid spooking shareholders with massive new spending, Meta, OpenAI, and xAI are using complex, high-interest deals to move the multi-billion-dollar risks off their own balance sheets. These "megadeals" involve high-interest rates (6.5% to 10.5%!) and special guarantees to lure in investors.
The Hustle Take: This is the clearest sign yet that the AI arms race is a bubble of "concentrated risk." When tech giants with the strongest balance sheets in history are using high-interest, "Frankenstein" financing to hide costs, it's a massive red flag. This confirms two things: 1) The true cost of building foundational AI is so high that only a handful of players can even attempt it, and 2) A massive "shadow debt" is building up in the tech economy. The hustle is simple: Don't compete on infrastructure; compete on application. Let them gamble billions on the "picks and shovels" while you build a profitable business on top.
Microsoft and Google Go on a Multi-Billion Dollar EU Spending Spree. US tech giants are rapidly expanding their AI infrastructure overseas. Microsoft just announced a $10+ billion data-center hub in Portugal (which will include over 12,000 of Nvidia's newest chips), while Google is dropping over $6 billion to expand its AI hubs in Germany.
The Hustle Take: This isn't just about adding more servers; it's a strategic move to tackle data sovereignty. The EU's strict data privacy laws (like GDPR and the AI Act) make it a massive headache to process European data in the US. By building massive hubs in Portugal and Germany, Microsoft and Google can sell "region-locked" AI services that are 100% compliant. For any hustle operating in Europe, this is great news: lower latency and easier compliance are coming. For everyone else, it’s a sign that the "one-cloud-in-Virginia" model is dead. AI is local now.
